Description
This weekend will be a physical, mental, and spiritual exploration of the body mind and soul through Ashtanga and Meditation. It is a challenging, dynamic form of yoga where one works quite strongly with the physical body. The goal of the course is to improve your Ashtanga practice so that you may practice at home after the course and introduce you to meditation so that you can continue on your own at home.
Situated at the foot of the Burren hills in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland, the yoga and meditation centre offers top quality instruction by the best yoga teachers from around the world. The centre is very comfortable with underfloor heating throughout and is located 5 miles from the picturesque seaside village of Kinvara.
The course includes accommodation and vegetarian meals. The food is cooked by a gourmet vegetarian chef. Accommodation at the centre is in single sex dormitory rooms sharing for 4 or 6 people. Courses start at 19.00 on the Friday with dinner and finish at 13.30 on the Sunday after lunch. There will also be an outdoor trip into the Burren on the Saturday.
This experience is suitable for beginners to intermediates.
