Bring the world to your plate at Ballyknocken Cookery School, winner of the prestigious International Cordon d'or, Gold Ribbon Culinary Academy Award for Cookery School of the Year. Ballyknocken Cookery School teaches everything from Tapas and Sushi to tastes of Vietnam, Italy, modern Irish cuisine and the Christmas season. Catherine Fulvio will share her most coveted culinary secrets during these fun and relaxed cookery classes from around the world, and promises to tantalise your taste buds while bringing you on a journey throughout the kitchens of the globe. This class also includes a tasting plate.
As part of your experience you will be given the Culinary Passport which you will collect on arrival at cookery school. This entitles the bearer to some great offers including a chance to bring along a friend for free to a cookery course of their choice. A light lunch or supper may also be included, depending on course. Most classes take place from 09.30 to 13.30 (most Saturdays and Sundays) and afternoon classes are from 14.30 to 17.30.
