Under the guidance of a master chef and proprietor of Ballyknocken House, Catherine Fulvio, you will be treated to sumptuous food, luxurious accommodation, and a hands-on demonstration in world class cookery. From Southern Italian and Mexican to gourmet entertaining and wine appreciation, there is a broad range of cookery classes to choose from.
This package is per person and includes: welcome tea or coffee and homemade Ballyknocken cake on arrival; one nights accommodation on a Friday; award winning Irish breakfast; complimentary sherry with dinner and a four-course set dinner produced with the best of Ballyknocken herbs, soft fruits and local ingredients. All this, plus a morning or afternoon cookery class, suite of recipes, morning refreshments and a light lunch to finish.
