Nothing compares to that magical feeling when you take your first breath underwater! Men and women have practiced breath-hold diving for centuries and improvements in technology, compressed air pumps, carbon dioxide scrubbers, regulators etc, have made it possible for people to stay under water for much longer periods. Upon completion of this course you will receive the PADI Open Water Certificate which is your passport to dive anywhere in the world! Then you can finally book that holiday to see the Great Barrier Reef.
This open water course teaches you the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. It includes five pool dives, five knowledge development (theory) sessions and four open water (sea) dives. You will be given a certificate upon completion.
